Covid-19 Policy:

For everyone safety vehicles are thoroughly disinfected between all trips and passengers must wear face covering in the vehicles at all times. 

 

Due to the frequency of clients, the characteristics of the virus, and the characteristics of limo services, there may be an elevated risk of contracting the virus by being in the vehicle, wineries, restaurants, etc.   

Customer knowingly and willingly consent to use our limousine service(s) during the COVID-19 pandemic and cannot hold SF Luxury Coach responsible for contracting the virus.

Please review the following information:

Cancellation Policy:  1) Sedan and SUV cancelations require 72 hour advance notice, 2) Stretch sedan limos cancellation require 7 day advance notice, 3) SUV Stretch Limos, Sprinter Vans of any kind and Coaches cancellations require 14 day advance notice to avoid 100% charge, cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card provided to hold the reservation at the time of booking. No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file.

Conditions:

  • Client agrees that there will be no smoking in any vehicles at any time

  • Napa Luxury Coach  reserves the right to substitute the contracted vehicle with a vehicle of the same class or higher

  • Client assures that no illegal drugs will be carried or consumed in any vehicles at any time

  • Client agrees that the passenger capacity of any vehicle shall not be exceeded

  • Client agrees that all misconduct and/or sexual activity will terminate agreement without any refunds

  • Client holds Napa Luxury Coach harmless and not liable for any personal or material damages arising from the client's conduct

  • Client is responsible for damages to the vehicle committed by his/her party during service, either willfully or accidentally

  • Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original contract time (billed by regular hourly rate)

  • Client agrees to an up to $750.00 sanitation fee for any bodily fluids and authorizes to charge his/her credit card

  • No Show Fee equal to 100% of the total trip cost, including gratuity, is charged to the credit card on file.

  • Client agrees that Napa Luxury Coach or its affiliates are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle

  • It is illegal to stand through the sunroof

  • All deposits are non-refundable

  • Napa Luxury Coach will not take responsibility for delays or trip termination due to weather, traffic, or unsafe road conditions

  • Additional rental time is based on availability

  • Napa Luxury Coach reserves the right to use its licensed affiliates if needed

  • Balances to be paid in full upon completion of the trip

  • Tempering with vehicles emergency exits are subject to a minimum of $1000 fine
